Caridina Dennerli
|
This shrimp was found in the Sulawesi, Indonesia Expedition. It is Endemic to Lake Matano in the Malili lake system. In the wild it is a hard substrate dweller (rocks) typically found on or under small rocks and between boulders.
Caridina Dennerli is herbivorous in nature, will graze constantly around the tank. They will eat algae wafers or a crushed flake, or shrimp pellets. Caridina Dennerli is not a shy species at all. It seems to enjoy being out in the open frequently and is not afraid if you approach the tank. It enjoys the company of other shrimp including those outside of its speices. It is safe for all community life. |
